Refund Policy

Retainer Fee — Custom Curated Events & Haus Pour
All custom curated event and Haus Pour bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date. This retainer covers the planning, preparation, and reservation of resources dedicated to your event.
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event date. By submitting your retainer, you acknowledge and agree that this payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
Event Cancellations by Gaather Haus
If Gaather Haus cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price within 7-10 business days.
Cancellations by Attendees
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
7-14 days before the event: 50% refund of ticket price.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund available.
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person or request to reschedule to a future event (subject to availability). Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.
No-Shows
If you do not attend an event without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
